Frein Lazzara’s brand new state of the art in-house model shop enables our experienced craftspeople to construct quality three dimensional tangible scale models designed to easily explain the most complex issues. We have been involved in all aspects of model building, from basic renderings to intricately detailed architectural recreations. These models range in size from the miniature to full sized replications.

Models are one of the most versatile and compelling types of demonstrative evidence available today. They provide physical 3-Dimensional realism, while directly addressing the problem of explaining complicated factual situations. They are instrumental in recreating objects or areas at issue and can pinpoint the key elements of the case. Incorporation of cutaways in the construction of a model or detachable components can add in the simplification process, as well as offer better understanding of the relationship of the necessary components.

Various construction grade materials available today make it easy to construct lightweight durable and best of all ‘transportable’ models. Utilizing these materials allows for a better product at a more reasonable price. Our models have been successfully constructed using plastics, engineered and natural wood products, metals, vacuum forming, foam based products and cast molding. In cases where the models are of a reduced size we utilize readily available railroad and dollhouse materials.
